Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Flexible 10-Day Cooling-Off Period

Grondul Academy fully adheres to provincial consumer protection statutes across Canada. When you enroll in any of our monthly seminar programs, podcasts, or language circles, you are granted a full 10-day cooling-off window starting from the day of transaction. During this timeframe, you may request a 100% refund for any reason.

2. How to Request a Refund

To cancel your registration and receive your refund, please send a simple written request containing your registered full name and transaction date to our finance department at [email protected]. We do not require any telephone calls or complex verification processes.

3. Processing Timelines

All approved refunds are credited back to the original form of payment (credit card, bank debit, or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution's processing cycles.

4. Physical Book Shipments

If you have registered for Full Academic Access and physical books have already been shipped to your home during your 10-day cancellation window, we will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label to be emailed to you. The refund will be completed upon initiation of the return shipment.

5. Post 10-Day Cancellation

For cancellations initiated after the 10-day cooling-off window, memberships are cancelled effective at the end of the current billing month. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remainder of active monthly periods.
