2. Corporate Structure & Operator

Grondul Academy is owned and operated globally by our corporate parent company headquartered in India. To guarantee authentic and transparent corporate relationships, we do not employ fake localized office addresses. 3. Age Requirements

Our programs are designed primarily for active adult audiences aged 45 to 65+. By engaging with our platforms, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Provincial Cooling-Off Window (10 Days)

In full compliance with Canadian provincial consumer protection laws, all purchase agreements on Grondul Academy are subject to a 10-day cooling-off window. You have the right to cancel your registration and receive a 100% refund within 10 days of your initial transaction without giving any reason. To invoke this right, email [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum designs, podcast recordings, website texts, brochures, and visual structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Grondul Academy and our parent holding. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

Members agree to use our digital forums and live stream services with respectful decorum. We reserve the absolute right to terminate access for any user who engages in harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior during live webinars.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. However, we explicitly acknowledge and respect the mandatory consumer protection rights and provincial laws of your place of residence within Canada.
